Research has found that 75 per cent of Australia's young people describe their mental health as worse in the last 2 years.
Mental health challenges for young people is a growing issue in Australia today. Increasing numbers of children and youth struggle to navigate a world which has seen constant disruption.
This evidence-based series is designed to assist parents, carers, and teachers in gaining a deeper understanding to the challenges they may be facing and to provide strategies for helping children aged 10 – 19.

Supporting Young People with Anxiety
This workshop assists participants understanding how anxiety can impact and present and more specifically how young people experience anxiety.

This workshop will assist participants in understanding the experience and motivations of youth who intentionally injure themselves. You will gain practical strategies for working with youth struggling with this complex issue.
